Ladies that Read in the Garden is a mini-series with small illustrated scenes. I have enjoyed putting together lovely collaged gardens. Peaceful and serene, they allow for reading and relaxation, a moment of happiness and contentment. The intricate flower gardens are a favorite of mine as each flower is collaged adding dimension to each piece.
The piece above is made with a variety of materials including paper, acrylic, watercolor, ink, and pen. I enjoy the process of collage and I find as I put together a piece it emerges into it’s own unique story. No two pieces are ever the same.
